Aduro’s mission is to provide a holistic solution hat supports the well-being of employees, and organizations through expert coaching and interactive content. Aduro is not focusing its services on a specific area and their Coaches are certified to coach on anything.

Situation

Coaches at Aduro have been using a variety of internal and external tools for a long time to get their job done.

Business Challenge

• Cost of external tools (Salesforce)
• Cost to maintain multiple internal tools
• Provide resources to improve and maintain internal tools
• Lack of tools integration causes inefficiencies and inaccurate data

About the project

Improve the life of Aduro’s coaches by providing valuable tools and processes for precision coaching so that coaches can support their members in the best possible way.

Provide coaching at scale and leave no members behind without having to hire hundreds of coaches.

My Role

I was the senior product designer on the coaching & care team, responsible for user flows, wireframes, UI design, and coach and member research.

I worked closely with members of the coaching team and executive team on creating the next generation of coaching tools for all human performance coaches as well as defining the new member experience.

In addition, I supported design and engineering needs for Aduro’s Connect Care for Diabetes program.
